Create a user name

You need a valid e-mail address to create a user name.

  1. On the LOG IN page of the service, click Create a new user name.
  2. Enter a valid e-mail address, which will become your user name.
  3. Enter a password for the service.
  4. Enter required information. Fields marked with an asterisk are required.
  5. Accept the Terms of use and the Privacy policy of the service.
  6. Click Create user name.
    You will get a confirmation message to the e-mail address you gave.
  7. You must verify your account by clicking the link in the e-mail.
  8. Remember your user name and password for later use of the service. 

    You can edit your account by clicking your username.

    • Profile

      Use the profile to modify your information. If you change your e-mail address, your user name in the service also changes. The new user name must be activated after the change. Activation link will be sent to the given new e-mail address.

    • Password

      You can change your current password by entering a new password.

    • Multifactor authentication

      Multifactor authentication means that your sign-in will be authenticated with an authentication app on your mobile phone.

      If you want to take multifactor authentication (MFA) into use, add the authentication app on your phone by, for example, scanning the QR code of the service. Follow the instructions on the page. Use the defined authentication app to add authentication to the sign-in. After entering your password, enter the authentication code from the app on your phone.

      Note:

      Remember to save the recovery codes you received, which you will need if you lose the device you used for authentication.

    • Define the authentication application.

    • Enter the verification code.

    • Save the recovery codes.

    • Use the authentication code to log in.

    • If necessary, you can disable the authentication application.
